The Opportunity
We're looking for a Content & Lead Generation Marketing Manager to drive our next phase of growth in the B2B SaaS space. With established product-market fit and enterprise clients in fashion, beauty, consumer electronics, and hospitality sectors, we're ready to scale our inbound marketing and lead generation efforts. This is an opportunity to own our content strategy and lead generation programs at a crucial growth stage.
Role Overview
Reporting directly to our co-founder, you'll own our content marketing strategy and lead generation initiatives. This role focuses on creating compelling B2B content and implementing effective lead generation campaigns, requiring someone who can blend storytelling with data-driven campaign optimization.
Location
- Based in New York (hybrid)
- Remote flexibility within NY/NJ/CT tri-state area
- Occasional travel for industry events
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with our demand generation goals
- Create and manage high-impact content across multiple formats (whitepapers, case studies, blogs, newsletters)
- Design and optimize lead generation campaigns across key B2B channels
- Own our marketing funnel optimization, from content creation to lead qualification
- Manage content distribution across LinkedIn, email, and other B2B platforms
- Build and execute nurture campaigns to convert MQLs to SQLs
- Track and analyze content performance and lead generation metrics
- Collaborate with sales team to create effective sales supporting content
- Optimize lead scoring and qualification processes
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of B2B SaaS content marketing and lead generation experience
- Proven track record in creating content that drives qualified leads
- Experience with content marketing in fashion, beauty, or consumer electronics sectors
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and nurture campaigns
- Expertise in content analytics and lead scoring
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Excellence in written communication and storytelling
- Data-driven approach to content optimization
- Understanding of SEO best practices
