We are the 3 sisters of Jadelynn Brooke. Jade, Lexi Lynn and Brooke! We started this company 10 years ago and are on a mission to build the most exciting female brand imaginable. We take so much pride in designing, producing and manufacturing every single one of our products. Our mission is to build a brand that creates joy for those who interact or shop with us - one person, one product and one story at a time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Film and edit engaging content for various platforms including Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube.

- Develop a content strategy aligned with the brand's mission and values

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and visually appealing content

- Conduct research to identify trends and create relevant content

- Ensure all content is consistent with the brand's voice and style

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Upbeat, happy and energetic energy!!! :)
• Must feel comfortable being on camera and engaging during Live Sales on Tik Tok
• 3+ years of photography and videography (please provide link to any work or accounts)
• Proficient in platforms such as: Canva, Capcut, Adobe Lightroom.
• Can operate a DSLR camera *efficiently*
• Proven experience in social media marketing and management. Please share links to social media accounts you have run or your personal if that's where you express your skills best!
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas
• Knowledge of social media platforms, forecasting trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be able to produce content in a *timely and efficient* manor.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Experience in the fashion or apparel industry is a plus
