Qualifications: • 12+ years of copy experience • Experience in a journalistic setting - an ability to craft stories from interviews - users, customers, colleagues • Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. Master's degree preferred. • 12+ years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, or content design, preferably in a digital product environment. • Proven experience leading content projects and managing teams. Skills:- • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. • Strong understanding of UX principles and practices. • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite). • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills • A portfolio of relevant work samples representing how you helped customers solve problems and create value for their companies • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to break down complex theories and topics into concise content • Experience working with cross functional teams composed of Designers, Content Strategists, Project Managers, Product Owners, Engineers and Sales. • A willingness to wear multiple hats while managing different types of projects in various stages of completion • Bachelor's degree of equivalent experience in English, Journalism, Marketing/Communications, or related field • Represent UX writing throughout the organization and with our clients, driving the craft and delivering valuable output Content Strategy & Planning: • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals and user needs. • Conduct content audits and gap analyses to identify opportunities for content improvement and expansion. • Define content KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of content. Content Creation & Management: • Lead the creation, editing, and management of high-quality content for web, mobile, and other digital platforms. • Ensure all content is clear, concise, and consistent with the company's brand voice and tone. • Develop and maintain content guidelines and best practices. Collaboration & Leadership: • Work closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate content seamlessly into the user experience. • Mentor and guide a team of content designers, writers, and editors, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. • Advocate for user-centered content design practices across the organization. User Research & Testing: • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback on content effectiveness. • Iterate on content based on user feedback and data-driven insights. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content design and UX writing.
