Adecco Creative and Marketing is recruiting a Content Experience Specialist who is passionate about creating innovative, compelling, and customer-centric content experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute meaningful content strategies that engage and motivate physicians and other healthcare professionals (HCPs).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop content and communication plans to support the Interventional Coronary Therapies franchise, utilizing appropriate channels, messages, and tactics for physician audiences.
- Use research and insights to identify key points of differentiation, reasons to believe, and messaging themes. Establish content strategies, communication journeys, and measurable goals.
- Create message maps, define brand strategies, and develop compelling content and assets. Manage vendor and agency relationships to meet objectives and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Partner with analytics teams to test content types and creative approaches, translating performance insights into new opportunities across communication channels.
- Build and manage cross-functional relationships with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Design, Marketing Automation, IT, and other teams.
- Ensure content aligns with established guidelines, processes, and tools, and provide recommendations for improvement when appropriate.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders, managing expectations, timelines, and logistics.
- Stay informed on communications and industry trends, sharing insights with the internal team as needed.
- Serve as a thought leader by sharing knowledge and best practices with team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy or marketing campaigns within medical devices, pharma, biotech, consumer healthcare, or other regulated healthcare environments.
- Experience developing content and materials from concept to production for use across multiple channels, with a focus on digital storytelling and asset creation. Some copywriting experience required.
- Strong understanding of brand management principles.
- Experience managing agency and external vendor partnerships.
- Highly motivated and action-oriented, with demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence within a team-based environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, relationship building, and direct/indirect influencing to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent attention to detail, adaptability, and project management skills to drive projects to completion.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, programs, and changing priorities.
