Job Description:

As a Content Marketing Leader at JM Search, you will be a core member of the Corporate Marketing Team that is responsible for planning, developing, and executing a comprehensive content strategy. Working closely with key partners across the firm, this individual will play a critical role in helping us drive brand awareness, internal enablement, customer retention / expansion, and conversion through the strategic use of content. Requirements Roles and Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that elevates our brand pillars / differentiators and is tailored to our target personas, Centers of Excellence, and core market segments.
  • Create engaging and digestible content themes to be distilled and delivered through various campaigns and channels, including white papers, surveys & reports, blog posts, infographics, social media, email marketing, website, webinars, and more.
  • Oversee entire content development process, partnering with both internal marketing resources, as well as external writing/design support resources as needed.
  • Be a brand ambassador and steward of best practices in messaging, grammar, writing, and style.
Voice of Client & Client Experience:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team to develop a framework for collecting and leveraging voice of the client and leveraging client insight and feedback to inform future content themes and brand differentiators.
  • Develop scalable process for gathering client / candidate feedback and stories that can be translated into case studies, testimonials, and thought leadership content.
Process & Performance:
  • Help develop and implement standards, processes, and vendors/tools to drive greater efficiencies in how we work and operate as a lean and cross-functional team.
  • Measure and report on content performance, using data insights to drive optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure content follows basic SEO best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio of published work that demonstrates exceptional content development capabilities within a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience in content strategy and development, including solid understanding of customer journey mapping and persona development.
  • A thinker and a doer mindset - excited about driving strategy while simultaneously rolling up your sleeves to write and edit content in a variety of formats.
  • Strong project management skills with good organization and an eye for process development and improvement.
  • Understanding of common marketing tools, such as campaign automation tools (HubSpot experience strongly preferred), Google Analytics, and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; demonstrated ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to improve content strategies.
