Job Description:
The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing content that supports our mission. As a jackof-all-trades marketer, they will excel in content creation, social media management, and project management, their focus will be managing processes, not people. The Content Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure all communications both internal and external and marketing efforts are aligned with our brand voice and goals.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals to perform the essential functions.Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects, and proprietary information. Content Creation & Strategy
  • Develop and execute compelling content for the website, social media, email campaigns, and PR materials.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar that supports company goals, engaging the target audience through blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop content that enhances brand presence and fosters AEC community engagement.
  • Oversee marketing communication projects, managing timelines, approvals, and performance metrics.
Social Media Management
  • Serve as the voice of the company across social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop, schedule, and post engaging content to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and user engagement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and adjust strategies for improvement.
  • Manage social ad campaigns, ensuring proper targeting, budget control, and performance tracking.
  • Brand Consistency & Collaboration
  • Ensure that all marketing content is cohesive with the company's brand voice and values.
  • Work closely with the design and creative teams to ensure consistency in visuals and messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to produce effective marketing communication campaigns.
Content Management
  • Oversee all digital and video content is organized and accessible for project pursuits, website and social use.
  • Partner with photographers on completed projects to capture Clark Pacific's images that are compelling and support marketing efforts.
Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Psychology or a related field is required.
  • 3-6 years of experience in either content marketing, social media management, campaign creation and execution, is required.
