Crossroads Professional Coaching is seeking a Marketing Content Specialist to support our growing base of client marketing work. Crossroads Professional Coaching is a professional services company that provides full marketing services to our business coaching clients. Crossroads has experienced steady growth over the past ten years as a result of close and lasting relationships with our client base. Strong experience and competence across a broad array of business disciplines is core to Crossroads commitment to our clients and the Content Marketing Specialist is integral to that commitment for marketing services.
Marketing services we provide are branding strategy, marketing plans, logo development, website design and development, print design, copywriting, SEO, Google Ad management, social media marketing, and other digital marketing services.
This position will have direct interface with clients and all team members.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage client social media
- Using the following social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and, Tik Tok
- Creating monthly social media calendar
- Maintaining all social media platforms for each client
- Content writing/research for social media
- Writing and publishing blogs for client (usually 2/month)
- Engaging with social media target audiences
- Maintain client and Crossroads blogging
- Writing, editing, scheduling and publishing blogs for various clients
- Researching and selecting images, titles and headings for each blog
- Inserting blogs into back end of WordPress and entering in pertinent information (i.e. SEO words, tags, keywords, selecting a category)
- Manage projects for client(s)
- Communicating with various clients to: listen to their wants/needs, ensure follow-through and complete each project excellently
- Handle email marketing for certain projects/clients
- Sending e-newsletters and campaigns to certain target audiences via InfusionSoft for clients
- Provide client marketing support
- Researching as needed
- Running errands for print pick-ups, event planning, etc.
- Helping with grassroots marketing
- Use these company programs to communicate and follow-through with projects and Crossroads duties: Basecamp, Dropbox, Evernote, Harvest, InfusionSoft
- Perform administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- 1-2 Years' experience of social media management
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to accurately estimate timelines and meet deadlines
- Strong project management skills
- Great attitude and team oriented
