Job Description:

The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) team at JP Morgan Chase is responsible for optimizing the company's digital content to improve its visibility and ranking on search engines. This includes conducting keyword research, implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and content production that drives organic traffic. Additionally, the team analyzes website performance and works with various departments to ensure that content aligns with SEO best practices and enhances the overall user experience.

As a Content Project Manager-Senior Associate on the Paid Media team, you will support the Vice President, Content Project Manager in the production of SEO content in collaboration with the SEO strategists, Line of Business legal, regulatory, risk, compliance and digital production stakeholders. You will play a key role in enhancing our digital presence and driving business growth through innovative content strategies. You should be a strategic thinker with experience in Adobe Workfront, an understanding of Agile project management, and the ability to effectively quantify and manage resource capacity throughout complex workflows. You will possess data analytics and reporting skills, coupled with strong teamwork and the ability to bring people together in working toward a collective goal.

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Search Engine Optimization content projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and timeline in Adobe Workfront

+ Implement Agile practices to improve content production efficiency and adaptability

+ Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

+ Assess and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and monitor resource utilization and adjust plans as necessary.

+ Analyze project data to identify trends, measure success, and inform future strategies.

+ Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders.

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for all Search Engine Optimization content production related communications.

+ Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, Editors, Copywriters and Search Engine Optimization Strategists while ensuring clear and consistent communication to all stakeholders.

+ Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

+ 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on content and SEO.

+ Expert experience in Adobe Workfront.

+ Strong communication skills to articulate project goals and outcomes to the stakeholders at all levels.

+ Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies.

+ Proven ability to quantify and manage resource capacity throughout workflows.

+ Exceptional data analytics and reporting skills.

+ Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Proven track record in managing large scale content projects.

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:**

+ Master's degree preferred.

+ Background in digital marketing or SEO is highly desirable.

+ Experience in financial services or a related industry is a plus.
