Job Description:
Temporary 60 - 90 Day Position Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - FridayNote: This position could turn into Full Time if there is an interest and a business needEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Regular and consistent attendance
  • Assist in collecting and recording content placement requests from studios partners and internal departments.
  • Assist with programming preparation, content collection/ingestion, and record-keeping.
  • Assisting with program on-screen content through our trailer management systems (TMS - Screenwriter and Producer).
  • Assist the Digital Cinema Specialists as they communicate with field operators, technicians, and TSNOC engineers to resolve any technical issues that arise with programming.
  • Monitor the health of CMS and TMS content systems and their dependencies.
  • Maintain records for on-screen compliancy and technical service reporting.
  • Assist in the delivery of in-theatre on-screen content when needed, including coordination with third party vendors like NCM, Deluxe, and studio partners.
  • Participate in Tech Service and IT meetings with the Digital Cinema Specialists as they resolve TMS/CMS issues with our support teams.
  • Interface with vendors like Deluxe, NCM, production agencies and our studio partners to coordinate and verify all necessary file deliveries across our circuit.
  • Ability to trouble-shoot complex problems and develop solutions that assists other internal/external support groups to provide better service for the field.
  • Manage multiple, competing priorities.
  • Assist with special projects when necessary.

Education/Experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Experience with Digital Cinema systems a plusCertificates, Licenses, Registrations:NoneLanguage Ability:Must have good reading, writing, and speaking skills to effectively communicate with studios, managers, and co-workers.Math Ability:Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to develop and interpret charts.Reasoning Ability: Perform under pressure and/or opposition at times relying on your own independent judgment and knowledge to decide the best directions and solutions. While representing the company, this position will be required to determine answers to questions and situations which may be socially or politically volatile. Execution and communication of such solutions are often in the public eye. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Act beyond what is necessarily called for and perform tasks at times without supervision. Establish goals, budget time, and set priorities to achieve desired objectivesComputer Skills: Proficiency Microsoft Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office programs needed. Knowledge of Digital Cinema Projector and TMS interfaces a required.
