Role Purpose
We're seeking a Content Strategist to join our performance creative team, primarily dedicated to our flagship technology client - a leading software company in the digital content creation space. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to shape innovative content strategies at the intersection of technology, creativity, and culture.
Working closely with cross-functional agency teams and client stakeholders, you'll identify opportunities and content gaps, develop strategic frameworks, and guide the creation of compelling content that drives engagement and adoption.
Key Accountabilities
* Serve as the strategic lead for our technology client, understanding their business objectives, product offerings, and target audiences.
* Identify content gaps and opportunities across the client's ecosystem (articles, tutorials, emails, etc.)
* Develop and present content strategies that align with client goals and agency capabilities.
* Guide creative teams and content writers with clear strategic direction.
* Collaborate with strategy, creative, and account teams to ensure alignment.
* Review and approve content deliverables for quality and strategic fit.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to agency thought leadership.
* Manage multiple workstreams while maintaining high quality standards.
* Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and cultural movements.
* Develop data-driven content recommendations using SEO, social listening, and UX insights.
* Create comprehensive content frameworks that scale across channels, while identifying opportunities for innovative content formats and distribution approaches.
* Lead research initiatives using agency tools.
* Develop and present POVs on industry trends and competitive landscape.
* Present insights into actionable recommendations for client teams.
Person Specification
* 4-6 years of agency experience, with demonstrable expertise in technology or SaaS clients.
* Strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and content framework development.
* Proven track record managing client relationships and presenting to senior stakeholders.
* Excellence in written, verbal, and visual communication.
* Deep understanding of digital platforms, trends, and content distribution channels.
* Strong grasp of the tech industry and digital creation tools.
* Strategic mindset balancing big picture thinking with tactical execution.
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging content.
* Proven project management capabilities with multiple concurrent priorities.
* Understanding of content marketing metrics and KPIs.
* Collaborative approach to working with diverse agency teams.
* Thrives in fast-paced agency environment.
* Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
* Strong client service orientation.
* History of developing successful, scalable content programs.

Additional Information
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $51,0000 - $83,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
