DreamFields continues to experience exponential growth as one of the fastest-growing companies in cannabis and is aggressively expanding nationally into all legalized cannabis states in the USA.Job Summary: The Continuous Improvement Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and performance. Using methodologies such as Lean Management, Six Sigma, and DMAIC, this role will drive initiatives to reduce waste, improve processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.Key Responsibilities:Process Analysis & Improvement:
  • Analyze workflows using tools like Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and other Lean methodologies to identify inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop actionable plans to optimize processes, streamline workflows, and improve resource utilization.
Lean Six Sigma Project Management:
  • Lead process improvement projects using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology.
  • Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor process performance and identify variations.
  • Work with key stakeholders to implement solutions that drive measurable improvements in cost, quality, and cycle time.
Data Analysis & Root Cause Resolution:
  • Use data-driven methodologies like Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve underlying issues.
  • Leverage statistical tools to analyze trends and forecast outcomes.
  • Present findings and improvement recommendations using dashboards and visual management systems.
Change Management & Training:
  • Work with key stakeholders to integrate Lean principles such as 5S, Kanban, and Value Stream Mapping into daily operations.
  • Educate employees on continuous improvement tools and methodologies through workshops and hands-on training.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and ownership for continuous improvement efforts across teams.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and gain buy-in for improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between leadership and operational teams, ensuring transparency and driving momentum for change.
Performance Monitoring & Sustainability:
  • Establish and monitor metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the impact of improvements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to new processes and sustain improvements over time.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Proficient in process mapping, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, Power BI).
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and drive organizational change.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience required (5+ years preferred) in continuous improvement, process optimization, or operational excellence roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results through Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience implementing Lean tools such as Kanban, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping.
Certifications (Preferred):
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  • Experience with other methodologies like Agile or Kaizen is a plus.
