  • [Leads Continuous Improvement & Project Management: Drives process enhancements by engaging with operators, conducting time studies, and validating SOPs. Leads projects by gathering input from employees, setting clear goals and deadlines, and communicating progress across all levels.]
  • [Collaborates with Management & Ensures Compliance: Aligns with Department Managers on project priorities, provides regular updates, and audits quality, safety, and environmental procedures. Maintains training materials and ensures compliance with standards.]

  • [Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a plant environment. Experience with Flexo printing, extrusion lamination, and/or converting equipment is a plus.]
  • [Skills & Certifications: Strong communication skills, familiarity with computer concepts, and a preference for Lean/Six Sigma certification. Experience with various communication and training methods is beneficial.]
