What You'll Do As a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Coilmaster, you will: Lead Lean training initiatives, including our proprietary Blue Belt program. Facilitate Lean Daily Management systems to enhance operational performance. Conduct GEMBA walks to observe and optimize processes. Mentor and coach employees in adopting a mindset of continuous improvement. Drive Kaizen events and lead impactful process improvement projects. Collaborate with leadership to develop standard work and map processes. Track and report savings, productivity gains, and project progress to senior leadership. Support and share best practices across multiple Coilmaster sites, with occasional travel. What You'll Need Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) certification is a strong advantage. Experience: 1-2 years in Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or operations. Proven experience leading Kaizen events and organizational change initiatives. Familiarity with engineering drawings and process mapping tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Minitab) is a plus. Skills: Excellent communication and coaching abilities to influence at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other analytical tools.
