Are you with us?!?Main responsibility areas - Support plant manager and the area managers in the definition of short term and long term Continuous Improvement targets
- Ensure that that each area of the platform develops action plans needed to secure achievement of the plans and support or challenge them in the activity in case of need.
- Monitor execution of agreed action plans and support, challenge or escalate to plant manager and head of CI in case of deviations that need that.
- Monitor and challenge plant performance against set targets, identifying and removing roadblocks escalating to plant manager and head of CI in case of deviations that need that
- Personally drive Kaizen events or training on Continuous Improvement methodologies as needed
- As member of the integrated platform management team contribute to the overall team development spreading Continuous Improvement approach across the board

Work experience - Certified Lean Six Sigma black belt
- Minimum of 10 years manufacturing experience
Formal educationBachelor's degree, pulp/paper science or engineering, required
