Job Description:
Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at Banner Solutions, the leader in security hardware distribution. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence by implementing and managing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall service delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement across all operational functions through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Lean Methodologies: Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to facilitate process optimization and waste reduction.
  • Training and Development: Lead training sessions and workshops to educate employees on continuous improvement principles, tools, and best practices.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and buy-in for improvement projects.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on project outcomes, progress, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Culture Promotion: Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization, encouraging employee engagement and participation in improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in continuous improvement, operations management, or a related field, preferably within an industrial distribution environment.
  • Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies; certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
