Lean Continuous Improvement Manager (Black Belt Certified)

As a strategic leader, you will manage and guide the implementation of continuous improvement tools across all sites, ensuring alignment with our corporate strategies. This role collaborates cross-functionally, driving impactful cost improvements, standardizing processes, and promoting Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee business improvement planning aligned with corporate strategy
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute key projects
• Standardize processes and reduce waste across locations
• Lean Manufacturing Certification and Six Sigma Black Belt required

Continuous Improvement Engineer (Multiple Openings)

As a process-driven engineer, you will utilize Lean Six Sigma principles to drive operational excellence on the production floor. You'll be involved in planning and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events, and work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
