Location: Guymon,OK, USA
Duties: Train, coach and provide support to employees through all levels and individuals job tasks, including the on-farm training orientation for new employees. Provide feedback to supervisors and/or human resources on employee progression and development through oral and written reports. Plan weekly training schedule with supervisors and perform training audits. Set goals and objectives with trainees and provide timely feedback through follow up on performance; under the direction of the farm supervisor aid with monthly safety training and up to date record keeping. Plan and implement CI tools and methods to identify potential improvement sources through databases to solve and fix gaps on production. Look for Improvement opportunities on different areas. Reports to Sr. Directors. No direct reports. No hire/fire authority.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, food science, or a related field and 1 year of experience in swine production management, training, and development. Experience training and coaching employees on a farm. Experience conducting safety training. Experience planning and implementing CI tools and methods to identify potential improvement sources. Experience with KPA Software Suite. Experience with Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint, Excel. Experience with statistics methods. Experience using databases to solve and fix gaps on production. Inter-state travel is required up to 50% of the time.
