Reasonable accommodations may be made to help enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.QualificationsPOSITION QUALIFICATIONSREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE* Experience working in a production environment* Solid understanding of project management principles* Green Belt Certification required* Understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles and techniquesSKILLS AND ABILITIES* Knowledge of database, design, internet, inventory, manufacturing, spreadsheet, and order processing software.* Ability to effectively present information to management and public groups* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.* Able to map out projects, prioritize workload and keep accurate documentation* Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.PHYSICAL DEMANDS* Frequently lift, move, or position materials weighing up to 50 lbs.* Must remain in a stationary or standing position for the length of the shift.The company has reviewed this job description to ensure that essential functions and basic duties have been included.
