This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing our manufacturing processes and systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing continuous improvement initiatives, creating dashboards, and applying Kaizen principles to drive operational excellence. Our ideal candidate is a problem solver with a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and a passion for promoting efficiency and quality.Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen principles to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality within the manufacturing process.2. Create, monitor, and update dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide real-time data on manufacturing operations.3. Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving sessions to identify and eliminate waste and non-value-added activities.4. Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to promote continuous improvement culture across the organization.5. Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas of improvement and develop effective solutions.6. Train and mentor team members on Kaizen methodologies and tools to foster a continuous improvement mindset.7. Collaborate with various departments to align improvement initiatives with overall business objectives.8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements, making necessary adjustments, and providing regular progress reports to senior management.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.3. Proven experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen principles.4. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and quality control measures.5. Proficiency in creating and managing dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics.6. Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop effective solutions.7. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate Kaizen events.8. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders.9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with other data analysis tools.10.
