We specialize in building some of the largest, most complex, and highest-efficiency systems in the nation.Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in guiding the design, development, and implementation of activities aimed at enhancing our operational excellence and competitiveness. This role involves collaboration with senior leadership and various departments to ensure our field and corporate objectives are met and continuously improved.Key Responsibilities:* Lead the design, development, and implementation of process improvement initiatives across the company to enhance competitiveness and operational excellence.* Evaluate engineering and construction methods, technology applications, and workflow processes, applying lean and continuous improvement skills.* Collaborate with senior leadership to plan, execute, monitor, and improve field and corporate objectives.* Identify safety training needs and develop training curriculum and materials within our STAR program.* Demonstrate operational knowledge of construction and service standards, driving team progress.* Manage and implement processes within the company's ERP system.* Enhance the efficiency of service and maintenance operations in the field.* Develop and maintain SOPs and video walk-throughs to ensure consistent training and quality assurance.* Monitor and ensure quality assurance.* Provide project oversight and assistance to Project Managers, in-house shop foremen, and office staffRequirements:* Bachelor of Science in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.* Experience in continuous improvement programs for office, engineering, fabrication, and construction teams.* Familiar with continuous improvement methodologies: Six Sigma, PDCA, Gemba, SIPOC* Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with a wide range of individuals, from craft workers to senior management.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Strong teamwork orientation.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.* Experience writing queries and performing statistical analysis.* Positive attitude and professional customer service skills.* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.* Ability to lead and manage project teams in process improvement areas.Benefits:In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package:* Retirement plan with company matching dollar for dollar up to 15%.* Health insurance with the company covering 75% of premiums for employees and families.* Dental and vision insurance.* Weekly pay.* Competitive vacation and holiday pay.* Supplemental insurance (Aflac).* Short-term and long-term disability coverage.* Accidental death and dismemberment coverage after one year of employment.* Life insurance coverage after one year of employment.* Employee referral incentives.* Opportunities for advancement, professional development, training opportunities, and apprenticeship programs.* Discounts on cell phone plans, rental vehicles, and other company discounts for eligible positions.If you are driven to succeed and want to be part of a rapidly growing company at the forefront of the industry, apply today!Rev 6/7/24
