Job Summary The Contract Administrator oversees the Contract Management Lifecycle for TixTrack, managing and executing various contracts with clients, vendors, and partners. This role involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating, distributing, and managing contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies, and minimizing risk exposure. The Contract Administrator reports directly to the Director, US Operations. This position is full-time and hybrid. Candidate must be located in New York City with the ability to come into the office multiple times a week. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Draft, review, negotiate, distribute, and manage a variety of contracts, including client agreements, non-disclosure agreements, vendor contracts, and certificates of insurance (COI's). Collaborate closely with Executive, Sales, Operations, Finance teams, and legal counsel as required. Respond to questions from clients and potential clients about contractual terms and requirements. Ensure contracts adhere to legal requirements, company policies, and industry standards by collaborating closely with legal counsel to remain updated on any changes and ensure compliance. Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation and execution to renewal and termination processes. Ensure inclusion of all necessary clauses and details within contracts to protect company interests. Maintain a meticulously organized system of contract records. Update existing contracts to reflect changes in business terms (e.g., renewals, addendums). Clearly communicate contract terms and conditions to relevant stakeholders and managers. Serve as a point of reference to ensure employees managing client or service level agreements understand and comply with contractual obligations. Analyze and mitigate potential risks associated with contract terms and conditions. Monitor and meet all deadlines and conditions outlined in contracts. Support the development of standardized contract language and templates for efficiency and consistency. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field. At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in contract administration, contract management, or a similar role, preferably in a small to mid-size SaaS B2B growth-oriented business or law firm. Proven track record in crafting, evaluating, negotiating, and executing various contracts across different transactions. Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards. Certification in contract management is a plus. Paralegal experience is a plus.
