Job Description:
Insight Global is looking for a Contract Administrator to support a large utility company headquartered out of Louisville, KY. This person will report to one of the corporate offices on a hybrid schedule and will be supporting power generation safety, operations, engineering, construction, and maintenance. Primary responsibilities of this contract administrator will include developing contracts in full scope - bidding, negotiating, contracting with approved suppliers, as well as managing acquisition projects. They will also be responsible for leading cross functional teams in support of moderate to complex projects by development of the contracting strategy, project plan and management of contract performance. The ideal candidate will need to have great people skills as they will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with internal business stakeholders This person will have a strong understanding of strategic business direction, requirements, and priorities. They will also negotiate and edits a variety of service, material and equipment contracts; master agreements; non-disclosure agreements (NDAs); and information technology protection agreements.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
