Position Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Equipment Leasing Contract Administrator to oversee the management, review, and administration of leasing contracts for equipment. This role ensures that all agreements are accurate, compliant with regulations, and effectively managed throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of contract law, and experience in the equipment leasing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, industry standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain an organized repository of all active and historical leasing agreements, amendments, and related documentation.
  • Monitor contract terms, renewal dates, and obligations to ensure timely actions, such as renewals or terminations.
  • Ensure that all leasing contracts align with corporate compliance guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Support audits and resolve any discrepancies related to contract terms or documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal departments regarding lease agreements.
  • Address inquiries, resolve disputes, and provide updates on contract-related matters.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to track and report on lease payment schedules, outstanding balances, and penalties for non-compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline contract administration workflows, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Generate reports on contract performance, financial metrics, and key compliance indicators for leadership review.
  • Analyze contract trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Identify potential risks in leasing agreements and escalate critical issues to legal or senior management as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in contract administration.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with leasing agreements in specific industries (e.g., construction, healthcare, manufacturing).
