The Contract Administrator position requires a dynamic individual to help support a diverse and growing social enterprise business services portfolio of both Government and commercial customers. This position will directly support day-to-day operational administration of federal, state, and local Government contracts and commercial contracts. This support will assist in managing efforts directly related to revenue creation for our non-profit mission of providing jobs and job training to those in the South Florida community with disabilities and other barriers to employment.
The position requires a detail-oriented, dedicated, organized, and technology-friendly individual that is willing to learn and provide support in maturing the use of data and file sharing in our contracts management operation. This position will be responsible to ensure contract files are updated and complete, ensure customer and contract data is current, provide input to operational teams after reviewing contractual language with guidance from supervisor and other team members, and be able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders as needed. Critical thinking and communication skills are important aspects of the ideal candidate.
Four-year degree in Business, law or other related field or a minimum of 4+ years of dynamic experience in a similar capacity. Critical thinking and organizational skills are key to success in this position. High proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of MSTeams and SmartSheet a plus. Solid written and verbal communication skills a must. Clear and precise communication at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders is essential.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and changing environment. Analytical thinking and problem solving Team player. Open and adaptable to new ideas and training is critical. The Goodwill team will invest in training the successful candidate in the position and the nuance of Government contracts administration as needed. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and prior experience in contracts a plus, however not required.
