Position Summary:

The Contract Management Analyst is responsible for the contracting continuum including contract authoring, redlining / inking, execution, price activation, compliance and maintenance of Independent Contracts, Product Agreements, and National/Regional GPO Agreements/eLOCs. The Contract Management Analyst will maintain Customer and contract data in all systems and trackers and conduct/participate in monthly contracting audits ensuring SOX compliance and data integrity. Partnering with appropriate external organizations, the Contract Management Analyst will be responsible for rebates and admin fee payment reporting.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

+ Independent contract author, development and implementation:

o Responsible for all processes related to Contract Authoring including drafting, negotiation, redlining / inking and contract price activation for independent contracts

o Ensure customer data is accurately captured, initiate contract offers and send for approvals to relevant signatories

o All redline negotiations, ensuring appropriate tracking and documentation of decisions

o When applicable, utilize prescribed guidelines and processes to adjust standard contract language

o Maintain existing agreements as prescribed by the terms of the agreement (e.g., amendments, extensions, terminations)

o Administer Admin Fees and rebates per contractual commitments

o Ensure documents are archived and maintained, as required

o Generate compliance reports and address/escalate issues, as applicable

o Manage compliance periods and implement approved compliance action recommendations

+ National and Regional GPO Contracting:

o Manage eLOCs including Field approval/disapproval process, portal actions/Customer notifications and Tier pricing actions due to non-compliance

o Administer Admin Fees and rebates per contractual commitments

o Monitor and prepare contract compliance reporting per contractual commitments, providing ad-hoc analytical support for internal requests.

+ Maintain Contracting mailbox.

+ Ensure correct customer pricing is maintained in pricing systems and changes are appropriately documented and tracked.

+ Maintain master contract database with pertinent contract tracking data.

+ Prepare monthly contract end date and other contract reports and analysis as needed.

+ Investigate and resolve customer pricing disputes. Liaison with Finance and Customer Service to support pricing verification.

+ Process RPO Implementation Forms including new customer set up.

+ Maintain current IDN Affiliation and GPO roster data within customer master file.

+ Assist with contracting projects as needed.

+ Other responsibilities may be assigned & not all responsibilities listed may be assigned.

**Qualifications**

Education, Skills, & Experience Needed to Perform Position Function:

+ 3-5 years of contract administration experience is required

+ 4-Year degree in business or related field preferred

+ Prior experience in direct (GPO/IDN) contracting and pricing is highly preferred

+ Prior experience in the medical device industry is preferred

+ Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is required

+ Advanced experience with various data file structures and working with large amounts of data is highly preferred

+ Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills is required

+ Ability to function independently as well as part of a team is required

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills is required

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment is required

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $63,000 to $102,350.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

+ Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year

+ Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
