Job Title: Contract Associate Representative Pay Rate: $ 16 to $ 20 /hour, paid weekly! Location: Hybrid - WFH and onsite at 255 Technology Park, Lake Mary, FL 32746 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM ET Assignment Length : 3 months, with potential for extension or conversion based on performance, attendance, and business needs Target Start Date: 09/30/2024 (exact date pending) Responsibilities:
- Perform basic payment processing tasks under direct supervision.
- Load payments and adjustments into the system accurately.
- Review and compile payment batch documentation, ensuring compliance with department guidelines.
- Research and coordinate information, responding to routine inquiries from internal teams and external clients.
- Handle high-volume payment and adjustment processing in a B2B distribution environment.
- Follow day-to-day instructions and task-based assignments.
Required Skills:
- Ability to process complex payments and adjustments with accuracy.
- Experience with high-volume payment and adjustment processing in a B2B distribution environment.
- Basic understanding of accounts receivable and reconciliation processes.
Education:
- Associate's degree required.
