Contract Attorney

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with an organization in New York, is seeking an experienced Contract Attorney to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis.

This role is primarily remote with occasional meetings in NYC.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiating and drafting contracts including vendor agreements, NDAs, etc.
• Advising on compliance with internal policies
• Reviewing and authorizing content
• Monitoring legislation and providing updates

Requirements:

• 5+ years of recent legal experience, preferably in a corporate legal department or large law firm setting
• Active license in good standing
• Excellent communication skills

The anticipated pay rate range for this position is between $60 and $68/hour depending on experience.
