LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Contract Attorney located near NYC. This role is in-house for a company within the Senior Housing Elder Care industry. The opportunity is fully remote, full time, and temporary/temporary-to-hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and guidance to organization; manage risk and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Lead engagement across internal business departments to identify and resolve legal issues, and support business verticals
• Manage corporate governance and administer equity plan
• Negotiate agreements and serve as escalation pathway as needed during contract disputes
• Partner with Head of Government affairs in proactive and reactive legislative activity
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• License to practice in any state
• Minimum 7 years experience, health care and in-house experience preferred
• Excellent legal research, writing, and editing skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Meticulously track documentation and maintain extremely organized records
• Self-starter and independent working style

Temporary hourly range: $65.00-$70.00

Salary range after conversion: $200K-$220K + 30% bonus
