Are you an experienced HR professional with a background in non-profits and/or higher education looking to put your proven leadership skills to work for a highly respected organization? In this HR Manager contract role, you will be responsible for overseeing employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree Preferred1-3 years' experience in HR Manager role (strong HRBP or Generalist would also be considered)Higher education or non-profit experience desirableExperience with new systems implementation a plusProficient in MS and Google suitesStrong verbal and written communication skillsExceptional interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populationsKnowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsThe HR Manager role is a full-time contract position (3 months with possibility of extension) in Amherst with a pay rate of $33.00 -$40.00 per hour depending on experience.
