Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Contract Implementation Specialist to join their team. As a Contract Implementation Specialist, you will be part of the Finance department supporting the Billing and Collections team. The ideal candidate will have analytical skills, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Contract Implementation Specialist Location: Rockford, TN (Hybrid 1 day per week in the office) Pay Range: $24.00 per hour What's the Job? Working with internal and external key players to implement contract details, such as terms & conditions, pricing, and other contractual obligations, into various systems to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for customers. Performing quality assurance checks monthly for previously processed contract requests. Driving the implementation of all contract/customer setup requests and meeting implementation deadlines. What's Needed? Nice to have minimum of 1 year in contract review and accounting experience working with contracts. Analytical skills to review contract verbiage from an accounting perspective. Experience acting as a liaison between Finance and Billing, converting data from contracts and interpreting it into the ERP system. Ability to work independently and unsupervised with sharp critical thinking. Strong verbal and written communication skills. What's in it for me? Early January start date.
