Sr. Contracts Manager will be responsible for all contract management functions including contract and price negotiations, development and execution of contract strategy, and leading/developing contract administrators. This person will prepare and provide recommendations to Division leadership for review of potential liabilities and areas of risk and mitigation plans.
Sr. Contracts Manager Responsibilities:
- Reports to the Director, Programs & Business Development
- Provides direct leadership to subordinates
- Responsible for conducting routine customer reviews regarding contract performance
- Manages the contract management budget for Division
- Oversees and approves task planning on contracts or programs
- Contributes to meeting business objectives and participates in strategic planning while being fully responsible for execution of strategy that relates to contracts
- Provides cohesive leadership in export compliance
Sr. Contracts Manager Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience required
- Proficiency in Contract Management concepts, tools, techniques, and risk management
- Bachelors degree - Business or related field required
- Masters degree is a plus
- Contract management certification preferred
- Certifications are a plus
