Job Description:
Join our Team Location: Plano, TX or Boise, ID The Contract Manager will join a growing legal team at Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions to support commercial contract management in a fast-paced technology and international environment. You will be reviewing, negotiating, and managing a variety of customer, channel partner, and vendor contracts. This role provides the opportunity to work directly with those parties alongside experienced internal team members. We are looking for an individual who can work in a team environment, be self-motivated, is extremely detail-oriented, and has demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills. Responsibilities:
  • Review, identify issues, draft contract revisions, and negotiate (verbally and in writing) outbound channel partner, customer, inbound vendor, and non-disclosure agreements
  • Analyze risk and propose alternative solutions to minimize risk and maximize value to the company
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal team members, effectively communicating with all levels to clearly articulate the company's position, risks and concerns and offer viable solutions
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies
  • Handle various tasks autonomously and prioritize them as required while working under tight deadlines
  • Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of legal support, improve processes, and contribute to the knowledge base
  • Support internal team members as otherwise needed
You will have:
  • 5+ years' focused work on commercial contract management required
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages an advantage
  • College Degree required; JD not required but is beneficial
  • Background with a technology-focused company such as cloud/SaaS services or IT hardware is highly preferred
  • Experience with a channel partner model including distributors and resellers is beneficial
  • Effective time management, inter-personal, and organization skills
  • Ability to think quickly and articulate verbally and in writing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft suite of tools
