Overview
Join our team and continue your security mission as a Contract Manager! In this role the Contract Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of all contract personnel, related resources, required training activities, certification and tasks and reports.
This position is contingent upon contract award and is not currently funded.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for implementing the Contractor's quality control plan and ensuring that the Contractor's workforce complies with the contract requirements.
* Serve as the focal point for all issues concerning workforce matters, and as such, work in close coordination with the Government to ensure all aspects of contract support adhere to the contract's terms, conditions, and standards.
* Responsible for supervision of assigned personnel.
* Responsible for maintaining staffing levels and uninterrupted post coverage.
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
* Possess three (3) years of law enforcement experience and have five (5) years of supervisory and/or management experience involving the direct oversight of employees and evaluating employee performance within the last five (5) years.
* Possess a Bachelor's degree and course work and/or professional certifications relevant to contract management.
* Have five (5) years of contract management experience supporting contracts for Armed Security Services, Military Security Services, or Law Enforcement Services; OR;
* Have five (5) years of contract management experience with contracts that are reasonably similar in size and complexity;
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook.
* Must write clearly and informatively.
Estimated Salary/Wage
USD $120,000.00/Yr. Up to USD $130,000.00/Yr.
