This role offers flexible hours based on your availability, making it an excellent opportunity for nurses looking for a dynamic and rewarding career.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home UAS-NY assessments for patients across NYC boroughs (Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Staten Island).
- Accurately document and report assessment findings in compliance with NYS guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Medna team to create individualized care plans based on assessment results.
- Ensure compliance with all NYS regulations and standards for UAS-NY assessments.
- Travel to patient homes for approximately 50% of the role; the remaining work is remote.
- Participate in training sessions to become proficient in UAS-NY (if no prior experience).Qualifications:
- Education: Active RN license in the state of New York (required).
- Experience: Familiarity with UAS-NY is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
- Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to patient homes within NYC boroughs. Reliable transportation is required.
