See our full suite of services: Description of Contract Opportunity SDL has a client who has been going through a global finance transformation related to their travel and expense policies. They are currently looking for a consultant who can help develop/implement the communication strategy across the firm, create training materials, respond to questions submitted to a team inbox, as well as help drive the adoption of the new policies. The ideal consultant will have experience as a project manager, be a strong communicator with a 'customer service' view, up to date PowerPoint skills, and exposure to change management. This contract position is full-time, 40 hours/week for 3 months.Qualifications - Required Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree required - Required Minimum Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of appropriate experience Required Skills:

  • Project management skills including timeline management, content creation, and a problem-solving mindset
  • Change Management experience is a plus
  • Exposure to finance transformations is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Up to date PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Ability to collaborate to build successful relationships
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
