CONTRACT RECRUITER - HOUSTON, TEXAS

-Guaranteed 40 hours a week - job stability

-Metrics: High requisitions - high volume and urgency - average 75 requisitions at a given time

-Full cycle recruitment, responsible for candidates from start to finish - NO onboarding

-401K 3% match, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), W-2, any overtime must be approved by manager, weekly pay on Fridays

-Remote - equipment provided: laptop; headset; monitors, soft phone; Microsoft Suite; Outlook; ATS GHR; job boards

-Availability to go permanent with health Insurance, PTO

-Requirements to go permanent: based on performance and there must be a FTE opening.

** Recruiting clinical positions for hospitals - Rehab Therapy recruiting experience (PT/PTA, OT/COTA, SLP, Rehab Techs)

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
• Calendar management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of one to two years' experience recruiting healthcare positions for hospitals
• Effective communication skills
• Requires excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable can-do aptitude
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite - technologically inclined
• Analytical thinker

• Demonstrated ability to meet quota

Must have reliable transportation to attend onsite events within the local region.
