Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Sourcing:- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for specialized roles (e.g., scientists, researchers, clinical trial managers, regulatory affairs professionals).
- Use various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and recruitment agencies, to find qualified candidates.
Screening & Interviewing:- Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate expectations, and team needs.
Candidate Experience & Relationship Management:- Maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients (hiring companies), ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide feedback and guidance to candidates during the process, including tips on CV presentation and interview preparation.
Market Knowledge & Networking:- Stay up-to-date with trends in the life sciences sector, such as emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and talent availability.
- Build a network of industry contacts to tap into for future roles.
Compliance & Documentation:- Ensure all recruitment processes follow legal and industry-specific compliance standards (e.g., Equal Employment Opportunity, GDPR for data protection).
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, and hiring decisions.
Skills & Qualities:
- Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of life sciences, including the regulatory and technical aspects.
- Networking & Relationship-Building: Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships in a highly specialized market.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, often managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
