Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking experienced professionals with a Construction background for a new Contracts Review Specialist opportunity with our client in the Triad. The Contracts Review Specialist reviews and participates in the negotiation of assigned contracts and agreements with customers, prospects, suppliers and vendors. The Contracts Review Specialist also works diligently to find reasonable, responsible, and protective solutions to contracts. The Contracts Review Specialist will coordinate with outside counsel and the executive team to address complex contracts.Job DutiesReview of new contracts & agreements across the company as required.Maintain and track contract-related documents and correspondence.Refine and recreate new company contracts and agreements.Work closely with the executive team to continuously prioritize essential contracts and agreements.Keep the company informed on new laws, rules, requirements, and regulations.Assist the company with the consolidation of contracts and agreements associated with mergers & acquisitions as required.Participate as needed in preparing certain customer-related documents such as company questionnaires, inquiries, RFI's, etc.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Contract Administration or Contract Management.AIA contract document experience is required.Environmental or Construction Industry Background is preferred.BA in Engineering, Business Administration, or Construction Management.Established background in risk management, policies & regulations.Benefits offered by APR until you are hired by our client:Medical, Dental, Term Life, Short-Term Disability, Holiday Pay, Service Bonus, Direct Deposit.#J-18808-Ljbffr
