What You'll Do: • Lead sales strategies and deliver impactful presentations for key clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, A&D firms, and dealers. • Develop comprehensive sales plans to target new business and drive revenue growth. • Leverage your extensive industry network to quickly generate new business opportunities. • Comprehend and articulate our technical capabilities in woodworking, engineering, and integration of custom components. • Negotiate sales contracts with a focus on profitable outcomes. • Participate actively in industry associations like AIA, IIDA, and ASID. Requirements What We're Looking For: • 5-10 years of experience in B2B and Contract sales. • Strong presentation skills and familiarity with sales automation and CRM software. • A passion for handcrafted fine furniture and the ability to articulate its value. • Proven track record of driving measurable sales growth. • Ability to mentor and develop a sales team. • Comfort interacting with C-suite executives and key stakeholders. • Strong project management skills to manage complex custom projects. • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
