We are working with a leading SaaS cybersecurity company with approximately 600 employees globally. They are seeking a Contract Sales Recruiter to support the team during a 6-month maternity leave coverage. This role will focus on recruiting top-tier talent for sales positions. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in recruiting for software sales roles, with a preference for experience in cybersecurity.Location: Hybrid – Burlington, MA OfficeStart Date: January 2025Pay Rate: $40-45/hourKey Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.Source, attract, and engage top talent in the software sales and cybersecurity space.Partner closely with hiring managers and C-level stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver results.Act with urgency and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.Maintain pipelines and manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.What We're Looking For:Experience:4-8 years of sales recruiting in the software industry; cybersecurity experience is highly preferred.Proven success working with demanding hiring managers and C-level stakeholders.A balance of agency and corporate recruiting experience (agency-only candidates will not be considered).Skills:Strong sourcing capabilities with the ability to independently find and engage top talent.Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Professionalism and a sense of urgency in all communications and deliverables.Details:Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.Location: Hybrid role requiring some in-office presence at our Burlington, MA location.Duration: 6 months (contract starting in January 2025).If you're a seasoned recruiter with a passion for sales talent and a knack for navigating the cybersecurity landscape, we'd love to hear from you!Send your resume and a brief introduction to ...@naglergroup.com.
