Contracts SpecialistLocation: Lafayette, INLong Term contract (until June 2026)Pay: $40-65/HRWe are seeking a skilled Contracts Specialist to ensure our contractual terms, regulations, and company policies. This role involves conducting audits, managing risks, enforcing contractual obligations, and fostering collaboration among key stakeholders.Responsibilities:Compliance Assurance: Regularly auditing and reviewing contracts and processes to ensure adherence to all applicable regulations, company policies, and contractual obligations.Risk Mitigation: Proactively identifying compliance risks, developing strategies to address them, and preventing future occurrences.Enforcement of Obligations: Addressing breaches of contracts promptly and implementing corrective measures to protect the organization's interests.Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams such as legal, procurement, and project management to ensure alignment and compliance across all departments.Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of compliance activities and enforcement actions, and preparing reports to provide transparency and support decision-making.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in contract management, compliance, or a similar field.Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in compliance software and the Microsoft Office Suite.#J-18808-Ljbffr
