Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator with a strong background in the manufacturing industry for a hybrid Consulting Contract to hire position. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing various human resources functions including, but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your HR skills while gaining valuable experience in the manufacturing industry.Responsibilities:1. Manage the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the selection process.2. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. This includes preparing welcome packages, conducting orientations, and coordinating with relevant departments for necessary equipment and access.3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation for all employees.4. Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and management. This includes resolving conflicts, answering questions, and addressing concerns.5. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.6. Coordinate training and development activities for employees, identifying areas for improvement and arranging necessary training sessions.7. Collaborate with HR management to analyze workforce metrics, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve employee retention and satisfaction.8. Participate in HR projects (e.g., help organize a job fair event or set up a job training program).Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the manufacturing industry.3. Proficient in HRIS and talent management systems.4. Exceptional knowledge of HR functions and best practices.5. Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.7. Strong organizational and time management abilities.8. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.9. Proactive problem-solving capabilities.10.
