• Collaborate with management to formulate guidelines for assistant trainers from temporary employment agencies
• Provide comprehensive training to assistant trainers, ensuring hands-on stations' supervision and conduct standards
• Supervise assistant trainers throughout the training period, coordinating with the training staff
• Ensure seamless communication with management and fellow trainers, guaranteeing well-equipped and adequately staffed sessions

Contract Trainer Requirements:

• Training or educational teaching experience with large groups of adults
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing training programs, especially for large-scale events or operations
• Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and coordinating high-quality training sessions
• Strong background in reporting and analysis, showcasing detailed reporting skills on equipment malfunctions and performance issues
• Previous engagement in training logistics coordination, including materials preparation and staffing
