Under the law, any person employed to provide...student services by any person or entity that contracts with a school or school system to provide such services shall be considered to be hired by a school system. Contractors' employees assigned to provide services to students, whether in-person or virtually, must undergo a fingerprint background check through the Louisiana Bureau of Criminal Identification and Information prior to providing services to students. Only employees of entities who contracted with the Lincoln Parish School Board should submit an application for this position.
