This Contracts Administrator II position in Nashua, NH, is a hybrid position that supports the F-35 Production area, which is currently the largest production program in the ES Sector. This opportunity is to part of a dynamic and vibrant production team within the F-35 Solutions Product Line within the Electronic Combat Systems (ECS) Business Area. The successful candidate will work primarily with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics and the F-35 Joint Program Office to shape and close business opportunities within the F-35 Production Area portfolio. This position involves working with multiple levels of management internally and externally supporting our critical Electronic Warfare system for the F-35 Fighter which is the largest DOD program of record in the history of the DOD. Contract Administrator II responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Own the day-to-day contractual relationship with our customers.
- Keep and maintain official contractual records for all assigned proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Coordinate, negotiate, and manage proposals and contracts with minimal supervision.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as all legal, regulatory, and customer requirements.
- Resolve challenging contractual situations by working with program teams to gather, interpret, analyze and present information.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties set forth above.
Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely. *Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status.*
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience. The following skills are required:
- Sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel, customers and suppliers.
- Computer skills to maintain contract records within our business systems as well as prepare reports, presentations, letters and documents.
- Ability to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated research and presentation skills.
- Eligible for or holds a US DoD SECRET level clearance or higher.
- Experience with FAR and DFAR and export regulations.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Experience with RFPs and proposal development at BAE Systems.
- Experience with various USG and prime contractor organizations.
- Holds an active DoD SECRET clearance or higher.
- National Contract Management Association (NCMA) membership and Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certifications are a plus.
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $64130 - $109010 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
