Contracts Administrator to lead the administration and oversight of all contracts at AndHealth.This role is essential to the administration of all AndHealth contracts, while also providing internal support for contract negotiations, and developing a comprehensive contract management system.
Key Deliverables- Ensure all contracts are fully executed, compliant, well-organized, and aligned with company policies.
- Establish and maintain a streamlined contract administration process, providing clear guidance provided to internal stakeholders.
- Lead in the development and implementation of a contract management system to enhance efficiency and accessibility.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the AndHealth team on contract-related issues, providing expert insight to support key business decisions.
- Support contract negotiations, delivering high-quality solutions that protect AndHealth's interests and optimize business outcomes.
What you'll do in the role- Apply business and contract negotiation knowledge to identify issues, analyze and develop solutions, make recommendations and implement approved solutions.
- Support AndHealth team in the contract negotiation and management processes for a variety of agreements, including vendor, partnership, and employee contracts.
- Deliver training and guidance to AndHealth employees regarding contractual processes and best practices.
- Review and proofread draft contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as main point of contact for managing all internal contract requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
- In collaboration with the Director of Compliance & Privacy, manage the implementation of a robust contract lifecycle management system, ensuring all contracts are tracked (key contract details, including terms, termination dates, and renewal periods), easily accessible, and systematically maintained.
- Oversee the vendor procurement process, facilitating cross-functional reviews, and ensuring the procurement requests are handled promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Partnerships, Talent Management and outside legal counsel to ensure alignment in contract management practices and procedures.
- Provide leadership in the coordination of weekly legal meetings with outside counsel, including scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
- Manage a high volume of contracts, projects and tasks in a fast-paced, growing organization, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic goals.
About you- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate required
- You have 7+ years of experience in contract management, with a focus on healthcare-related contracts, vendor agreements and contract negotiations.
- You bring a deep expertise in contract law, business negotiations, and healthcare compliance, and are comfortable serving as a key advisor within a dynamic organization.
