Core Contributions:

  • Contract Management: Review, execute, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards. Oversee contract process to guarantee customer specifications are met and company policies are followed, including staffing and hiring requirements.
  • Billing and Collection Schedules: Perform calculations and prepare schedules for billing and collections, ensuring compliance of agreements.
  • Client Communication: Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Conduct Comprehensive Accounts Analysis: Evaluate and interpret financial data related to contracts and accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and ensure financial accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.Support the Collections and Contracts Manager with day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable, collections, credit, banking, insurance, invoicing, tax compliance, corporate reporting, and audits.
  • Manage billing transactions to resolve discrepancies and verify invoice details. Ensure timely and accurate payments by reconciling invoices and obtaining necessary documentation with the collections department.
  • Oversee accounts receivable processing, conducting weekly billing, tracking outstanding payments, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Account Research and Problem Solving: Conduct research and analysis to resolve outstanding accounts and discrepancies by collaborating with our recruiters and clients.
  • Reviewing Payments: Audit all payment applications weekly.
  • Reporting: Assist with preparing and reconciling payment applications, accounts receivable reports, and contributing to sales tax set up.

Essential Experiences:

  • High school diploma or GED; Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of related experience in Contract Management, Accounts Receivable or other accounting functions, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Contract Management software and Accounts Receivable software.
  • Experience in the staffing and recruiting industry or service industry preferred.
  • Intermediary/Advance Excel experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication both to external clients and internal employees

Location: Hybrid with in-office days in New York

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000, based on experience
