Contracts Counsel

Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with the U.S. headquarters of an international automotive supplier in their search for a Contracts Counsel. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience reviewing a variety of automotive and commercial contracts, including trade & shipping agreements, facilities agreements, supplier and services contracts, NDAs and human resources agreements. Previous experience working in the automotive industry or with an OEM is required .
• Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state.
• Ability to work at the company's Metro Detroit area office on a hybrid basis.
