Contracts Counsel
: Job Details :

Trustpoint.One is recruiting a Contracts Counsel who is client-focused, organized and has a team-oriented approach. This is a direct hire, hybrid position and applicants must be able to commute to the company's office in Salt Lake City two days per week. Must also have at least 4 years of technology contracts review experience.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in any US state.
• Minimum of 4 years of legal experience, time spent working in an in-house legal department is a plus.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience focused on contracts review, prior experience working in the IT/software/technology industry is required.
• Familiarity with contract review for alignment with product terms and budget.
• Experience assisting internal stakeholders with contracts management systems.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and quality; precision in drafting and communication.
• Ability to uphold standards of complete discretion, confidentiality, ethics and fair/proper behavior.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Interact with company departments and colleagues to provide legal services on various legal matters.
