Overview:

The Government and Commercial Contract Manager is primarily responsible for managing the end to end contract process from receipt of RFQ and Terms & Conditions agreements, review, pricing coordination with the Product Mangers, awards, implementation, follow up and renewal notification. In addition, the position is responsible for tracking and supporting key projects for the leadership team including internal sales projects along with cross functional teams ensuring the projects stay within budget and are completed on time.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Accountable for end to end Contract Management

  • Review and Enhance the contract process
  • Receipt of agreement
  • Review of contract summary
  • Track review and pricing status
  • Monitor return deadlines
  • Coordinate pricing with Product Manager and sales teams
  • Monitor response status from customers
  • Update system with reward pricing
  • Organizing and tracking contract files
  • Coordinating status of T&C agreements
  • Evaluate performance (liquidated damages) calculations/exposure
  • Support sales teams with contract follow up with variation analysis
  • Keep sales team informed of upcoming expirations

Project Management:

  • Define Project Management governance and processes
  • Design project template to include scope, purpose, expectations, cost, risk analysis, timelines and responsibilities
  • Work with leaders to refine project details
  • Develop reporting structure including milestones
  • Coordinate and monitor actions with teams
  • Create accurate forecasts for cost, revenue and resource requirements
  • Track and report status

Experience & Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years contract administration, coordination or management experience.
  • Government contract experience preferred.
  • Preference for project management experience.
